Chironia campanulata Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 1: 190. 1753.
"Habitat in Canada. Kalm." RCN: 1516.
Lectotype (Blake in Rhodora 17: 52. 1915): Kalm, Herb. Linn. No. 252.4 (LINN; iso- BM?).
Current name: Sabatia campanulata (L.) Torr. (Gentianaceae).
