Geographic Location and Habitats: BC: Sicamous Creek (Berch et al. 2007); AB: ABMI Sites (Walter et al. 2014); QC: Mont Tremblant (Behan et al. 1978); NL: between Corner Brook and Little Grand Lake, Balsam fir forest (2 spp.) (Dwyer et al. 1997, 1998).
