Peloribates pilosus Hammer, 1952

Geographic Location: AK: Northern and northwestern coastal plain; Brooks Range; Fairbanks Region; Chugach Mtns; Kenai Peninsula (Behan 1978a); YT: Coastal Plain; Richardson Mtns (Behan-Pelletier 1997b); NT: Tuktoyaktuk (Behan 1978a); NU: Keewatin (Behan 1978a); AB: peatlands (Behan-Pelletier & Bissett 1994); Wagner Natural Area, 8km W Edmonton, 53°34’N, 113°47’W, fen (Finnamore 1994); ABMI Sites; Moose Pasture Research Site (Walter et al. 2014); ABMI Sites (Meehan et al. 2019); 35 km north of Fort McMurray (McAdams et al. 2018); MB: Churchill (Hammer 1952a, 1955b).

Habitats: Tussock tundra; boreal forest with White spruce, Black spruce, Jack pine and Trembling aspen; peatlands.

Distribution: Holarctic.
