Geographic Location: YT: British Mtns (Behan-Pelletier 1997b); ON: Sudbury (St. John et al. 2002); QC: Morgan Arboretum (Marshall 1968).

Habitats: subarctic; mixed deciduous and coniferous forest.

Distribution: Semicosmopolitan.
