Geographic Location and Habitats: YT: Southern lakes (Behan-Pelletier 1997b); BC: Vancouver Is., Walbran Valley, Western redcedar trunk (Lindo & Winchester 2007); AB: ABMI Sites (Walter et al. 2014); QC: Mont Tremblant (Behan et al. 1978); NS: Cape Breton Highlands NP (Behan-Pelletier 2010; Behan- Pelletier et al. 1987).
