Geographic Location and Habitats: BC: Isaiah Creek study site (Lindo & Stevenson 2007); AB: ABMI Sites (Walter et al. 2014; Meehan et al. 2019); NL: between Corner Brook and Little Grand Lake, Balsam fir forests (Dwyer et al. 1997, 1998).
