Geographic Location and Habitats: AK: Prince of Wales Is., young alder, young conifer and old conifer stands (Schultz & DeSanto 2006); BC: Vancouver Is., Walbran Valley (2 spp.) (Lindo & Winchester 2006); AB: Kananaskis (Mitchell 1973); QC: Morgan Arboretum (Marshall 1968); Morgan Arboretum, beech, maple litter (3 spp.) (Sylvain & Buddle 2010); NB: Maritime Lowlands (Behan-Pelletier 2010); NS: Cape Breton Highlands NP (Behan-Pelletier 2010; Behan-Pelletier et al. 1987).
