REMARKS. This species is very local and not often. It inhabits different meadows preferring dry meadows. In the Karelian Isthmus I found it near Nov. Devyatkino and it is the northernmost record in European part of Russia. P. saxicola is known by a record in the south of Pskov Province (Valersky et al. 2001).
DISTRIBUTION. The Palaearctic (temperate zone and southern areas) (Roesler 1965, 1973; Sinev 1986; Karsholt & Razowski 1996; Leraut 2014; Sinev et al. 2019).
