NOTE: Evans (1958a: 212), Athias-Henriot (1959: 161) and Bregetova (1977a: 207) considered Arctoseiopsis Evans to be a junior synonym of Iphidozercon Berlese. In this publication we adopt the interpretation of Lindquist & Evans (1965: 33) and Gwiazdowicz & Halliday (2008: 48), who considered the former a junior synonym of Arctoseius.
