MyCites, New concept for verification & annotation of citations

This is a concept for a digital tool that allows verification of, and reflecting on the citations within scientific publications. Authors with an ORCID id would be allowed to verify whether other papers cite their previously published papers/material accurately, and if needed can reflect on how their work was cited. Other researchers too, who have an ORCID id will be allowed to make comments about citations. Cited authors are granted more visibility and authority over discussions about a quote/paraphrased sentence.
