The tendencies of formation of terminology of jurisprudence are analyzed in detail, the components of the professional paradigm of thinking in legal discourse are investigated. In the framework of professional research, the terminological components of the paradigm of thinking are considered as a multivariate model of mental practices, which is embodied in psychoanalytic methods of material processing, the use of which helps to form a legal thesaurus. The psycholinguistic paradigm of communication dialogue helps to understand the inner world of the individual. Each person defines in the words of their language the attitude to things and concepts, that is, reflects their understanding and comprehension. The use of methods of comparative analysis and free associative experiment in working with different language groups gives results, based on which it can be argued that at the mental level, the individual "picture of the world" is inherent in each ethnic community. Based on psycholinguistic analysis, it is proved that the transformations of legal terminology practices take place by rethinking the meanings of concepts that are part of the legal rhetoric of the investigator and the judge. A significant contribution to the process of its formation and reconstruction is made with the help of psychological tools of analytical practices. The analysis of the formation of terms of legal dialogue showed that word formation takes place according to the same word-forming and syntactic models, using the same word-forming means as the formation of commonly used lexical units. Thus, the process of creating professional vocabulary is influenced by various linguistic, cultural, historical and legal factors.
