Code and Docker image of the "Light Curve Classifier Library" (lc_classifier) used by the ALeRCE broker (alerce.science) pipeline to implement the algorithm described in the article "Alert Classification for the ALeRCE Broker System: The Light Curve Classifier", Sánchez-Sáez et al., accepted for publication in the Astronomical Journal.

Usage instructions:

Load the image

docker load --input alerce_lc_classifier_1.0.0.tar.gz

Run the image

docker run --rm -p 8888:8888 alerce/lc_classifier

The container comes with a jupyter notebook and some examples in http://localhost:8888
