SKiYMET Meteor Radar Horizontal Wind

Description

This is horizontal wind measured by a SKiYMET Meteor Radar near Andes Lidar Observatory in Cerro Pachón, Chile from Sep 2009 to Aug 2014.  The radar was previously installed at Maui, Hawaii and is described in the paper

The data has 1 hr resolution in time and 2 km resolution in altitude from 80-100 km.
