Unstructured global to coastal wave modeling for the Energy Exascale Earth System Model - WaveWatchIII codebase

This is a gzip compressed tar file containing the code used for global unstructured mesh simulations with WaveWatchIII. WaveWatchIII is developed by the WaveWatchIII Development Group and the official repository is located here: https://github.com/NOAA-EMC/WW3. Minimal modifications of on the "global_unstr" branch of the code have been made to extend unstructured meshes to global domains.
