Minerva Archive Contents
Minerva Story and Minerva Author are each broken down into several components to facilitate code reuse between the projects. Here we provide archival snapshots of each individual component's source code repository and build artifacts. Below is a listing of the archive contents and version number for each component as well as an explanation of how it relates to the other components.
- The minerva-author archive contains source code, windows executable, and mac executable. The archive is taken from Minerva Author version 1.4.0 with the additional inclusion of the minerva-story submodule.
- The minerva-author-ui archive contains source code and webpack bundle. The archive is taken directly from Minerva Author UI version 1.0.0. A copy of the webpack bundle is also included in the static directory of the minerva-author source code.
- The minerva-browser archive contains source code and webpack bundle. The archive is taken directly from Minerva Browser version 2.11.1. The webpack bundle is also available through NPM.
- The minerva-story archive contains source code and the paper directory for the 2020 JOSS submission entitled "Minerva: a light-weight, narrative image browser for multiplexed tissue images." The archive is taken directly from Minerva Story version 1.0.0. The minerva-story archive is also included within the minerva-author source code.
