- Added pelagic denitrification following Sankar et al (2016).
- Parameterisation of pelagic production and air-sea exchange of nitrous oxide following Lessin et al (2020)(https://doi.org/10.1029/2019JG005613).
- Added first-order kinetics capability to the pelagic base module.
- Units of total alkalinity and bioalkalinity have been changed from umol/kg to mmol/m3.
- Extended documentation with new and updated tutorials.
