kroppheather/synthesis_database: Vegetation impacts on shallow soil temperature in the pan-Arctic

Code for a database that stores soil temperature and vegetation data across the permafrost regions. Code also contains a statistical model for organizing data and filling in missing soil or air temperature data using a Bayesian statistical analysis (Temp_model folder). All analysis of vegetation driven patterns in soil temperature are also conducted using Bayesian statistical models (Analysis folder). Newest version includes supplemental figures describing geographic considerations of site locations.
