Tolypella glomerata ook op de rechteroever van de Beneden-Zeeschelde (Antwerpen, Ekeren)

Tolypella glomerata also present on the right bank of the Lower-Zeescheldt (Antwerpen, Ekeren). – The rare charophyte Tolypella glomerata, discovered on the left bank of the Scheldt River in 2018, was also recorded 12 km northeast in 2019 in the shallows of a stratified sand extraction pit undergoing gradual salinisation. Tolypella intricata occurred at this site at least until 2012 but was not found in 2019.
