jwille45/Antarctic-lab: v2.4

This is the first release of the polar atmospheric river detection algorithm.

The detection algorithm used in Wille et al. (2019, Nat Geo) is labelled as ar_alg_v1.py

The version used in Wille et al. (2019, JGR) is labelled as ar_alg_v2_ivt.py. 

The version used in Mattingly et al., 2023 is labelled as ar_alg_v2.4_vIVT_arctic.py
