РОЗВИТОК МОВНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ СТУДЕНТІВ НА ОСНОВІ РЕАЛЬНИХ ДІЙ, СПРЯМОВАНИХ НА СТРИЙНЯТТЯ ТА ПОРОДЖЕННЯ МОВНОГО ВИСЛОВЛЮВАННЯ

The article analyses the adequacy of existing linguistic exercises to targets of the development of practical speech actions that are actually performed by a student atspeech perception and generation within the various linguistic techniques. It is consid-ered the universal grammar structure based on the analysis of the psychological nature of thought- speech-language in their inseparable existential connection. The format of 
grammar tasks is developed, it allows students to externalize internal actions and moni-tor their performance.
