Otletosphère

L'Otletosphère est une cartographie relationnelle des personnalités et institutions liées à Paul Otlet. Elle cherche à mettre en visibilité la forte implication de Paul Otlet au sein des organisations pacifistes internationales ainsi qu'au sein des institutions bibliographiques et documentaires. La mise en oeuvre de ses projets pacifistes, documentaires, féministes lui a permis de côtoyer de nombreuses personnalités scientifiques et artistiques avec lesquelles il a pu entretenir des correspondances, se lier d'amitié, ou collaborer. Ces relations sont souvent connues ou attestées par l'examen des archives du Mundaneum.

Cette v2 introduit un moteur de recherche, un nouveau design graphique ainsi qu'une documentation technique.

The Otletosphere is a relational cartography of the personalities and institutions linked to Paul Otlet. It seeks to highlight Paul Otlet's strong involvement in international peace organisations as well as in bibliographical and documentary institutions. The implementation of his pacifist, documentary and feminist projects has enabled him to work with numerous scientific and artistic personalities with whom he has been able to maintain correspondence, make friends and collaborate. These relations are often known or attested by examination of the Mundaneum archives.
