Chilean Altiplano Bofedal NDVI Products

All data products are based on monthly NDVI from July, 1987 to June, 2017. Included are the 1 km², 5 km², and bofedal unit resolutions. NDVI time series for bofedal units and grids are calculated as the median of all pixels in each bofedal unit or grid, respectively. The latitude, longitude, and area (km²) for individual bofedal units are found in BofedalPolygonAttributes.csv. All procedures that were used to infill missing data are described in manuscript. These data products are used in a manuscript currently under review. Please contact the lead author if you are interested in using this data.
