This learning unit has been prepared for disciplinary learning groups with a university degree and

1. Introduces (future) researchers to norms of proper data managment

2. Builds the competency to explain and justify proper data management

3. Challenges (future) researchers to choose practises that respects the rights of others as well as support their own work

4. Emphasises the principles of findable, accessible, interoperable and re-usable (FAIR)  data while describing their limitations
