Description

This data includes the model codes and input files for the paper "Effects of Wind-Driven Lateral Upwelling  on Estuarine Carbonate Chemistry" submitted to Frontiers in Marine Science.

It includes the input files and source code for ROMS and RCA model to produce simulations of Chesapeake Bay carbonate dynamics in 2013.

ROMS (Regional Ocean Modeling System) model used in this study is version 3.4.

RCA (Row-Column AESOP) water quality model used in this study is coupled with ROMS output, by UMCES group.
