Description
Figure S1: Phylogeny of pmoA lineages detected in the mangrove forest soils upstream (Guandu) and downstream (Bali) of the Tamsui estuary, Taipei, Taiwan. Methanotrophic communities collected in Zhuwei by Shiau et al. [16] were also added for comparison. The neighbor-joining tree was constructed using the MEGA X software package. Only bootstrap values greater than 50% are shown at the nodes, Figure S2: Phylogeny of 16s rRNA lineages detected in the mangrove forest soils upstream (Guandu) and downstream (Bali) of the Tamsui estuary, Taipei, Taiwan. The neighbor-joining tree was constructed using the MEGA X software package. Only bootstrap values greater than 50% are shown at the nodes.
