Description
- GLASS Land Surface Temperature product (1981-2000): instantaneous LST have been produced from historical NOAA AVHRR data. The LST data were generated by integrating several Split-Window Algorithms with the Random Forest method (RF-SWA). The individual SWAs and the RF-SWA were trained and tested on simulation datasets obtained from globally representative atmospheric profiles. The validation against in-situ LST shows that the GLASS LST product has a precision of 1.18 K.
- The dataset is organized by year and a sample data is provided in simple.zip
