Synthesis, Structure and Properties of Iron-Yttrium Garnets Joint Replacement with Aluminium and Manganese

A series of powders of complex garnets, corresponding to the composition Y₃Fe_4.40–xAl_0.60Mn_xO₁₂, Y₃Fe_4.35–xAl_0.65Mn_xO₁₂, Y₃Fe_4.30–xAl_0.70Mn_xO₁₂ (х = 0.10, 0.15, 0.20) and Y₃Fe₅O₁₂ were synthesіzed by the method of successive precipitation from
aqueous solutions. The temperature regimes of formation of single-phase garnets and sintering of ceramics, the influence of x on the structure of the material, magnetic properties, and microwave characteristics have been established.
