Data_Ovip.txt correspond to the data from the oviposition experiment

Data_RT.csv correspond to the data collected during the reciprocal transplant experiment (excluding the survival rate)

Data_RT_Survival.csv correspond to the survival data from the reciprocal transplant experiment.

script_OvipoExperiment correspond to R script to analyze the life history traits recorded during the oviposition experiment

MORT_align.sh correspond  to a bash script from mapping the reads on a genomic reference to getting the read count array.
