stevenjoelbrey/metSpread: Re-submitted to AGU Earth's Future with citable code

In 2019 some of the code in this repository was used to support the paper, "Examining the future spread in environmental conditions that drive western U.S. summertime wildfire burn area". This paper was rejected. We took the very thoughtful and helpful reviewer comments to redo much of the analysis, and refocus the message of the paper. This release has the code used for the resubmission. The file most relevant for this submission is Python/fit_burn_area_regression_post_review.ipynb
