Integrative TiSS profiling with iTiSS

Here we present all our data and scripts necessary to reproduce all our figures and tables for our publication of iTiSS.

Each folder includes a start.bash file, which can be executed to run all scripts in its and its subdirectory folders. Those start.bash files include detail comments on each script executed.

To prevent any legal problems, the other tools tested are not included in this upload and need to be downloaded separately (see start.bash file in the programs-folder for instructions).
