The article examines the components of the modern information field of the organization on the example of "PrivatBank". The use of the latest technologies by the PR department of the bank for the establishment of horizontal and vertical communications is considered. The Telegram channel, corporate e-publications, blog, and distance learning system, moderated by the public relations department and the HR department, allow employees to both maintain effective communications and promote self-development and staff training, and to form a corporate culture and team spirit. The urgency of the formation of the single information space in the organization with the use of the latest communication platforms, messengers, networks is explained by the possibility to increase the efficiency of the organization. The use of modern technologies for the development and implementation of various methods of receiving, transmitting, storing and presenting information allows to use integrated solutions. General scientific methods of observation (at the theoretical stage), analysis and synthesis (for a comprehensive study of the corporate communications system) were used to carry out the study. With the help of content analysis and comparison methods it became possible to describe the objects studied in the article. We come to conclusion that components of the information space of the organization, which are created and moderated by PR and HR departments, are aimed at solving complex problems, which include increasing the efficiency of production processes and the formation of corporate culture, team unity and more. The results of the study can be relevant for both students who study PR and practitioners.
