Type materialHolotype
FRANCE: Gulf of Gascogne (SMNH 5726).
Paratypes
FRANCE: Gulf of Gascogne (SMNH 5727–5728, MCZR Oligochaeta 0124–0126).
Type localityFRANCE: Gulf of Gascogne, lower continental slope.
HabitatDeep sea, 2630–2885 m, most likely very fine sediments.
DistributionGulf of Gascogne, off France and off the eastern USA (i.e., both sides of the North Atlantic) (see Erséus & Rota 2003).
