Distribution. West Palaearctic (excluding Asia Minor, Middle East, North Africa, Middle Asia), Oriental Region (Caldara 2013a)

Material examined. Zakarpatska Prov.: 2 spec. (KUMN) ca. 17 km NE Uzhhorod, Kamenitsa env., Lypova Skala, 650 m, beech forest, N. Yunakov leg., 2.vii.2000.

Biology. Meadows. Adults occur in VII. On Centaurea jacea, C. nigra (Asteraceae) (Tempère & Péricart 1989;

Mazur 2002)
