Description
Brachinus dorsalis Dejean, 1831
Material examined. GRNR: 1851 m: 04.III.2015, LT, 1 ♂.
Distribution. END_AR species that is confined to the southwestern Arabian Peninsula (SA, YE).
Life forms and Remarks. ZS(C)LC species. The single male is the first record of this species from Asir Province and this species was previously recorded from Jizan Province by Mateu (1990). The species was collected from an Olea europaea vegetation community.
