Profilicollis sp.

Aves

Calidris bairdii (Coues) (Charadriiformes, Scolopacidae). SI: intestine. SD: juvenile. L: Chubut Province: Bustamante Bay (45°07’34’’S, 66°32’14’’W). R: Capasso and Diaz (2016). C: vouchers (CNP-PAR 137; MLP-He 7116).

Calidris fuscicollis (Vieillot) (Charadriiformes, Scolopacidae). SI: intestine. SD: juvenile. L: Chubut Province: Bustamante Bay (45°07’34’’S, 66°32’14’’W). R: Capasso and Diaz (2016). C: vouchers (MLP-He 7117).

Larus dominicanus Lichtenstein (Charadriiformes, Laridae). SI: unknown. SD: unknown. L: Río Negro Province: Bariloche (41°03’S, 71°25’W), Rosario Lake (43°15’S, 71°20’W). R: Kreiter and Semenas (1997) (see note below).

Note. Kreiter and Semenas (1997) identified the acanthocephalans as Polymorphus sp. Recently, Capasso and Diaz (2016) re-identified the specimens reported by Kreiter and Semenas (1997) as Profilicollis antarcticus Zdzitowiecki, 1985.
