Happiness Quotient - A Study on Working Professionals in Bangalore

The study aims to understand the meaning and levels of employee happiness.
from the angle of remuneration, work schedule, freedom at work etc. The study
was done on a sample of 100 employees working at all levels in the organization,
conducted within the organization according to the convenience of the researcher.
The study was mainly based on primary data obtained by Questionnaire. The results
of the study show that the level of employee happiness is increased by intrinsic
compensation and extrinsic compensation.
