Description

A draft grammar of a Dogon language from the "western" subgroup, spoken in villages above the western cliffs of the Dogon plateau and in villages at the base of the cliffs, Tiranige is part of a block of languages from the "western" subgroup that run from Najamba-Kindige in the northeast down to Penange in the southwest.

It is listed as “Tiranige Diga Dogon” in Glottolog (viewed March 2020), code tira1258, and in ISO 639-3, code tde.
