Description

Cyphononyx antarctica (Linnaeus, 1767)

Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: Yemen (Wahis 2000a), Saudi Arabia (Shalaby 1961 as Cyphononyx flavicornis Fabricius, 1781; Abu Zoherah et al. 1993 as C. flavicornis).

Extralimital distribution: Egypt, Ethiopia, Israel, South Africa, Zimbabwe (Arnold 1932, 1951; Priesner 1955; Haupt 1962).
