tspriggs/MUSE_PNe_fitting: MUSE focused Planetary Nebulae detection and fitting

This is the first release of the MUSE PNe fitting repository. The scripts included can be run on IFU (namely MUSE) data that has been stellar fitted, and subsequently subtracted, via the GIST pipeline (https://abittner.gitlab.io/thegistpipeline/). There is a script to reshape the GIST outputs into a functionable format for the PNe detecting and fitting scripts: MUSE_spaxel_fitting.py and subsequent PNe_fitting.py files.
