Electronic protocol files for the automated preparation of single-stranded libraries on a Bravo NGS Workstation (Agilent Technologies)
Description
Provided here are electronic protocol files (vzp files) for import into VWorks (tested with version 13.1), instructions on how to perform the import (word document), exemplary input files (tab-delimited txt files) for indexing PCR setup, and an excel file detailing the plate setup in qPCR.
