PRINCIPLES OF FUTURE TEACHERS PREPARATION FOR BUILDING A PROFESSIONAL CAREER

Description

The features of preparation of future teachers for a professional career were described and also it was proved that the preparation of future teachers for a professional career is based on the principles of building a model of educational program of training of teacher-manager.

Article’s purpose. The principles of formation of educational and professional activity are emphasized, those principles reflects the specifics of preparation, specifies the general principles of construction of educational programs. The process of training and retraining of mid-level specialists, skilled workers and employees is considered. The conceptual apparatus of the theoretical foundations of the teacher’s professional activity is outlined. The article analyzes the object, the subject of activity of the teacher-manager of educational and professional activity, the sphere of training of mid-level specialists, the skilled workers, the employees who interconnect between two systems – the labor sphere and the educational system, which prepare the future specialist for fundamentally new specialists. conditions of activity, relationships, positioning yourself in another role – a participant in industrial relations; academic priorities (academic rankings, traditional ways of acquiring knowledge – attention, listening, understanding, reproduction, etc.).

Methodology. Analysis and synthesis of scientific publications, psycho-pedagogical, methodical literature and internet sources.

Scientific novelty. Traditional principles of education were added to the principles that characterize the training of the teacher-manager of educational and professional activity. The design of educational programs for teacher-manager training of educational and professional activity is described. The basis of a system of principles common to the construction of major professional higher education programs, such as the principle of scientific, professional orientation, activity orientation of education, continuity of education content, problems, etc., were outlined. The general principles of construction of higher education educational programs were specified. The peculiarity of content selection of training programs for teacher-manager of educational and professional activity, content and content object of pedagogical activity were shown. The subject of teaching of the teacher-manager of educational and professional activity is considered, which is connected with the types of professional activity to which the graduate of secondary vocational education, vocational training, additional vocational education is preparing. The necessity of identifying additional principles of building a model of educational program for training of teacher-manager of educational and professional activity, reflecting the specifics of the content object of his pedagogical activity, which are both requirements for the content of educational programs, is explained. The system of training of future teachers is revealed, which is characterized by a number of indicators, among which the priority is the self-realization of the individual in professional activity.

Conclusions. The task is set for the future teachers, who during the training period must be sure that their intellectual and creative potential will be required in the labor market. The students’ professional knowledge and skills, certain personal qualities such as flexibility, readiness for change are outlined. The professional orientation, personal readiness of professional realization of the future teacher to modern conditions is characterized. The basic aspects of the concept of vocational training in a pedagogical institution of higher education have been studied and thoroughly considered.
