Summary statistics of the Discovery GWAS meta-analysis. Max N=448,549.

2. hESC-CM_ACTN2_locus_seq.bed

Bed file containing the RPKM values for ATAC-seq, H3K27ac-seq, H3K4me1-seq and RNA-seq on Days 0, 2, 5, 7, 15, 80 of cardiomyocyte differentiation from hESCs for the chromosome 1 GWAS locus near the ACTN2 gene.

3. raw_sequence_data.zip

ATAC-seq and H3K4me1-seq raw sequences for the chromosome 1 GWAS locus near the ACTN2 gene in BAM format.

Allele1: Effect allele

Allele2: Non-effect allele

Effect: log(Odds Ratio (OR)) of Heart Failure

StdErr: Standard Error of log(OR)

P-value: Nominal p-value of the effect

chr: SNP chromosome in hg19

pos: SNP position in hg19

Weight: Total N associated with each SNP in the meta-analysis

2. hESC-CM_ACTN2_locus_seq.bed

Column 1: Chromosome in hg38

Column 2: Start position in hg38

Column 3: End position in hg38

Column 4: RPKM value

Column 5: Sequencing type and day of differentiation

3. raw_sequence_data.zip

Compressed folder that contains individual BAM files for ATAC-seq and H3K4me1-seq for different stages of cardiomyocyte differentiation.
