The topic addressed in the article content refers to the law applicable to contracts of carriage and passenger transport contracts. The conflicting solutions in this matter are analyzed from the perspective of the regulations provided by art. 2619 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova and art.5 of the Rome I Regulation.
