Securing and retaining experienced employees plays an important task in any organization, because employees acquaintance and skills are vital to companies ability to be competitive cost effectively. This paper focusing on employee satisfaction can positively impact the organization as it increases the productivity, performance, quality of work, profits and dedication to the organization, reduced turnover, superior attendance.
