Description

This version of the code fixes a bug in all qcrit prescriptions for where kstar=4. It also fixes syntax issues with the error checking which was not allowing values that actually should have been allowed. It is also the version that is used to produce results in the COSMIC paper: https://arxiv.org/abs/1911.00903
