Description

CoupModel v. 6.0 (Coup-CNP)

Original source code and the simulation files including the model and calibration set-up, parameterization settings, and corresponding input and validation files, used in He et al. 2020, CoupModel (v6.0): an ecosystem model for coupled phosphorus, nitrogen and carbon dynamics – evaluated against empirical data from a climatic and fertility gradient in Sweden, Geosci. Model Dev. Discuss.,  Submitted on 02 Mar 2020.

CoupModel is written in C++ programming language and runs with a GUI under the Windows systems, but can also be run on other platforms without GUI. Model version 6.0, from 03 July 2019, was archived and used for the presented simulations.

CoupModel v. 6.0 and extensive documentation, including tutorial exercises, are freely available from the CoupModel home page: http://www.coupmodel.com/ (CoupModel, 2020).

This repo consists of the following parts:

CoupModel v 6.0 source code_20191105.zip : The compressed source code of the CoupModel v.6.0

Coup-CNP simulation files.zip : consists of the dataset used for forcing, model parameterization, and evaluation, please note the model evaluation data were collected by difference sources, further use of the data, please contact the reference person given in the paper
