HINFOPT – A MATLAB package for H-infinity-norm minimization

Description

This is a MATLAB implementation of an algorithm for minimizing the H-infinity-norm of a parameter-dependent transfer function of a linear parametric time-invariant descriptor system of large state-space dimension. In the algorithm, this system is reduced by interpolatory model reduction techniques in the parameter and frequency domain. The reduced transfer functions are then optimized by (non-smooth) optimization algorithms and the reduced system is then updated using information obtained from the current minimizer.

Notes

This code has been tested using MATLAB 2018a on a machine with Linux version 4.4.132-53-default.
