Anteon decellei Olmi 1984: 380 (synonymized by Olmi 1995f); type locality: Garamba National Park (Democratic Republic of the Congo).

Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 3.0– 3.6 mm. Completely testaceous-reddish or testaceous-yellow, except petiole black; occasionally head and thorax brown-reddish or brown; occasionally metapectal-propodeal disc partly or completely black or brown. In specimen from South Africa, 34°02’S 18°23.5’E, head, mesosoma and metasoma brown-reddish dark; antenna and legs brown. Antennomeres in following proportions: 10:6:8:7:6:6:6:6:6:7. Head shiny, granulate and slightly reticulate rugose (in ♀♀ from South Africa, 34°27.41’S 19°21.39’E and 28°57.60’S 29°13.61’E, head completely granulate and not rugose); frontal line incomplete; frons with two incomplete lateral keels directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 5.5; OL = 5; OOL = 6.5 OPL = 6; TL = 6 (occasionally POL = 6; OL = 4; OOL = 4; OPL = 5; TL = 5). Pronotum dull, granulate, with slight transverse anterior impression; posterior surface approximately as long as mesoscutum; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, unsculptured, with slight tracks of irregular keels on sides; in specimens from South Africa, 34°02’N 18°23.5’E, 34°27.41’S 19°21.39’E and 28°57.60’S 29°13.61’E, mesoscutum slightly or strongly granulate. Notauli incomplete, faintly and shortly visible near anterior margin of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc with transverse posterior keel, reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity with small areolae and with or without irregular transverse keels, without longitudinal keels; in specimen from South Africa, 28°57.60’S 29°13.61’E, propodeal declivity with transverse keels situated only near apex. In specimen from Uganda, 0°35.442’S 30°21.741’E, propodeal declivity with two irregular and incomplete longitudinal keels, median area granulate and lateral areas reticulate rugose. In specimen from South Africa, 32°32.033’S 25°14.267’E, propodeal declivity almost completely unsculptured, shiny. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2rrs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (4:9). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 8:2:3.5:10:20. Enlarged claw (Fig. 78A) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 78A) with two rows of 29–40 lamellae; apex with 3–4 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
