Ecoystem Functional Attributes of Murgia Alta from 2000-2018

Ecosystem Functional Attributes(EFA) of Murgia Alta from 2000-2018. Ecosystem Functional attributes are the yearly mean, standard deviation and day of maximum of phenology of MSAVI vegetation index based on Landsat5, 7 and 8 and corrected with an Harmonic Model within a Hierachical Bayesian framework. For each EFA dimension the excepted value and the standard deviation are given. Beside EFA, the stack has also the standard deviation across the years as estimator of inter year variability
