Development of Women Human Resources of Ethnic Minorities in the Northern Region Viet Nam

Female human resources including ethnic minority women are the driving force for the development of nations, when gender inequality and discrimination against women are a prominent issue in many countries, many ethnic groups, especially developing countries. Developing female human resources, including female human resources of ethnic minorities, are effective investment solutions that not only help solve difficult economic and employment issues but also motivate the development of society.
